GREEN CORNER
REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE! Did you know that the district has replaced all disposable lunch trays and plastic utensils with washable trays and real utensils? ALL elementary schools will have these trays and utensils by the end of January. Forest Hills is conducting a waste audit next Friday, January 29th to find out how much waste we're sending to the dump. We'll include this information in our Green School Application. One way we hope to cut waste is through utilizing our brand new WORM BIN. We have an upcoming training session for the 5/6 leadership team.
